At Stef with an F Beauty, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Extension and color services require extensive preparation, customization, and dedicated time to ensure a seamless, luxury experience. The following policies are in place to protect both your appointment and the integrity of the schedule.

 

By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Appointment Reservations

​

Appointments must be requested through the official booking or inquiry process and confirmed directly by Stef with an F Beauty.

 

Because extension services require advance planning, ordering of hair, and schedule preparation, appointment times are reserved specifically for each individual client.

​

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

​

Out of respect for the time and preparation required for each appointment, the following fees apply:

 

  • Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Changes or cancellations made on the same day as your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total scheduled service cost.

​

These fees are necessary to account for lost appointment time that cannot be filled on short notice.

​

No-Show Policy

​

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

 

Future appointments may require prepayment or may be declined at the discretion of Stef with an F Beauty.

​

Late Arrival Policy

​

Arriving late may affect the ability to complete your service as scheduled.

 

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

  • This policy ensures all clients receive the full, uninterrupted experience they deserve.

Extension Hair Purchases

​

All extension hair purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Hair is custom ordered specifically for each client, and once ordered, cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions to ensure longevity and performance.

Service Adjustments

​

Client satisfaction is extremely important. If you have concerns about your service, please notify Stef with an F Beauty within 7 days of your appointment.

 

Any adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refunds are not provided for services rendered.

​

Client Responsibility

​

Clients are responsible for:

 

  • Providing accurate hair history

  • Following aftercare instructions

  • Using recommended professional products

  • Attending recommended maintenance appointments

​

Proper maintenance is essential for preserving the integrity and longevity of your hair.

​

Right to Refuse Service

​

Stef with an F Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if it is determined that proceeding would compromise the health of your hair or the quality of the result.

​

Policy Agreement

​

By booking an appointment, submitting an inquiry form, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Service Policies.
