A deposit of $150 is required in order to reserve your date. This deposit in NON-REFUNDABLE and can be paid via card, cash, check or Venmo. This deposit can be used towards your pre-bridal trial, travel fees or day-of services.
In addition to the cost of services, there is a travel fee due the day of the event. For all events within 25 MILES of my location (East Longmeadow, MA) there is a set fee of $50. All events 25+ MILES will be charged $1.00/MILE to and from the location.
There is a minimum requirement of 4 attendants (including bride) for travel services. There will be an additional charge for parties less than 4.
Service providers may be available to remain on location for touch ups for an additional $100/hour if desired. (Must be contracted prior to the day of your event)
All attendants receiving hair services should arrive with clean, dry hair unless they are receiving blow out services. Any attendants who arrive with wet hair will be charged an additional blow dry fee. Use your best judgment here; if your hair styles best on day 2 then wash the day before, if your hair gets greasy easily then wash day of. Attendants receiving makeup services should arrive with clean, moisturised skin.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Any changes made to the contract must be made no later than 60 DAYS prior to the event with no additional charges. After that date you will be responsible for the cost of all services listed in the contract.
Cancellations can be made up to 90 DAYS prior to the event with no additional charges. Any cancellations made within 90 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total services listed in the contract. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will be held responsible for 100% of the total contracted services.
A card is required to be kept on file to be used in the event of a cancellation or non-payment of contracted services.
